Lusaka Goldsmiths University is a firm believer in the principles of good corporate governance practices as the main ingredient for any successful venture. As such, to ensure effective operations of the university and service delivery to our clients, the university has established management structures tailored to achieving the goals set for ourselves as a university. The University therefore operates through a Board of Directors which is responsible for policy formulation and direction on how the business operations of the University are managed. The Board has a mix of members from different professions who render valuable direction to the university.
