INTRODUCTION
This module introduces students to a unique area of law. (The Cyber Crime and Security Law). The module examines what Cyber Crime is and how it is committed. It looks at international standards on cyber laws such as the (UNCITRAL) law and the (SADC) Model Law on Cyber Security. The module further examines the nexus between ICT and Cybercrime. It critically examines the Criminal Justice System in dealing with cybercrime and issues on admissibility of evidence in cyber related criminal offences etc.
