INTRODUCTION
This module introduces learners to the law that regulates matters of public administration. The module starts by define what administrative law is. It gives the sources of administrative law and explains how each of them takes effect as a source of administrative law and proceeds on to explain the importance of administrative law in public administration. The module examines the institution of judiciary and explains how officers of the court are accountable in the conduct of their functions. It explains the existing enforcement mechanisms for ensuring public administrative bodies are performing their functions according to the law and finally addresses local government administration in the country.
